Will Landau

Will Landau is a statistician and software developer at Eli Lilly and Company. He specializes in Bayesian statistics, high-performance computing, and clinical trials. He is a co-creator of R-multiverse and the author of packages targets and crew.

Charlie Gao

Charlie Gao is director of Hibiki AI and a co-creator of R-multiverse. He is the creator of the mirai async framework for R and co-organizer of the CambRidge R user group.

Jeroen Ooms

Jeroen is a software research engineer at rOpenSci where he is the creator and lead developer of R-universe, the core infrastructure upon which R-multiverse depends. He is the maintainer of many R packages including curl and jsonlite.

Maëlle Salmon

Maëlle is a research software engineer, part-time with rOpenSci, notably maintaining its Packages: Development, Maintenance, and Peer Review guide. She also created the R-hub blog and co-wrote the online book HTTP testing in R.

Moderators

SHIMA Tatsuya is a developer with expertise in integrating R with Rust. He is one of the maintainers for the Rocker project, and a core developer of the polars R package.

Roles

  • Administrators build the team, develop the infrastructure, and write the policies that govern R-multiverse.
  • Moderators review package contributions according to the package review policy, and they moderate issues and discussions raised in the r-multiverse/help repository and other forums on R-multiverse.
